We’re hiring a UGC creator who’s tapped into what’s trending and knows how to turn it into compelling short-form content that performs. You’ll work closely with our marketing and creative teams to concept, shoot, and deliver engaging content that feels native, authentic, and scroll-stopping.

This is a high-impact, high-visibility role with serious earning potential: $60/hour plus a $200K annual bonus for hitting performance KPIs.

Responsibilities
  • Create native-style short-form video content (15–60s) for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts

  • Stay on top of emerging trends, formats, and creator styles and adapt fast

  • Bring creative briefs to life with your own voice and energy

  • Collaborate with brand and marketing to shape content direction

  • Consistently deliver content that drives engagement and brand visibility

Required qualifications
  • 10K+ followers across TikTok, Instagram, or YouTube

  • Proven experience creating high-performing UGC for brands

  • Strong presence on camera confident, authentic, relatable

  • Up-to-date with platform trends, memes, audio, and storytelling formats

  • Bonus if you’ve worked with AI, SaaS, or tech-forward brands
