Data Scientist - AI & Search Engines

Job Overview
We're looking for a Data Scientist who can help us push the boundaries of AI-driven search. You'll analyze massive datasets, optimize ranking models, and work closely with engineering to turn raw data into user-facing intelligence.
Responsibilities
- Analyze search data and user behavior to guide AI model improvements
- Design and implement A/B tests to validate model performance
- Build dashboards and pipelines for performance monitoring
- Support product decisions with quantitative insights
- Work with ML engineers on model evaluation and feature engineering
Requirements
- Degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or similar
- Experience with Python, SQL, and data visualization tools
- Familiarity with search ranking, relevance metrics, or LLMs is a plus
- Strong statistical background
- Clear communicator who thrives on collaboration
