Responsibilities
  • Partner with the CEO and leadership team to run strategic initiatives and internal operations

  • Build clarity across teams, from planning cycles to cross-functional collaboration

  • Own internal communication, operating rhythms, and team-wide coordination

  • Identify bottlenecks, remove blockers, and keep everything moving forward

  • Lead special projects across product, fundraising, growth, hiring, and beyond

Required Qualifications
  • 6 to 8 years of experience in strategy, operations, or early-stage startups

  • Strong communication and organizational skills — you bring structure to chaos

  • High trust and discretion — you know how to handle sensitive decisions and information

  • Strategic thinking with a bias toward action

  • Comfortable working across functions and adapting to what the company needs next
