Chief of Staff (COS)
We’re looking for a Chief of Staff who can think like a founder and move like an operator.
On-Site
Full-Time
Role Overview
This role is a force multiplier, helping drive focus, alignment, and execution across every part of the business. You’ll work directly with the leadership team to turn ideas into motion, keep priorities clear, and make sure the company is running at its highest level. If you’re a systems thinker who loves solving high-leverage problems and can operate with speed and trust, this role is built for you.
Responsibilities
Partner with the CEO and leadership team to run strategic initiatives and internal operations
Build clarity across teams, from planning cycles to cross-functional collaboration
Own internal communication, operating rhythms, and team-wide coordination
Identify bottlenecks, remove blockers, and keep everything moving forward
Lead special projects across product, fundraising, growth, hiring, and beyond
Required Qualifications
6 to 8 years of experience in strategy, operations, or early-stage startups
Strong communication and organizational skills — you bring structure to chaos
High trust and discretion — you know how to handle sensitive decisions and information
Strategic thinking with a bias toward action
Comfortable working across functions and adapting to what the company needs next
Bonus
Have worked with founders, supported a leadership team, or helped scale a startup
Understand early-stage fundraising, hiring, or go-to-market strategy
Can write clearly, think critically, and operate independently
