Role Overview
You'll be the primary point of contact for our customers—from enterprises to startups—partnering closely with Sales, Product, and Engineering to drive adoption, identify opportunities, and deliver meaningful outcomes. As an expert in the future of search, you'll guide customers through strategic consultations, sharing best practices and actionable tactics to enhance their AI presence.
Key Skills:
2–3 years in customer success or account management at a startup (or 4+ years overall experience)
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Strong analytical mindset, comfortable working with numbers
Ability to own processes end-to-end and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
Self-motivated with a passion for building strong customer relationships
Thrives in ambiguity and moves fast in the face of challenges
Bonus
Experience in the search or marketing industry
Track record of multi-threading customer engagements across stakeholders
Familiarity with the Agentic Web and evolving AI discovery models
Salary range: 80K-130K
