We’re looking for an experienced DevOps Engineer to join our team. In this role, you’ll own our infrastructure end-to-end and actively write code as part of your day-to-day responsibilities — this is a hands-on, hybrid role combining DevOps and software development.
What you’ll do
Design, build, and maintain scalable, secure, and highly available infrastructure
Develop and ship code for internal tools, services, and product features alongside the engineering team
Own CI/CD processes, monitoring, and incident response
Split time meaningfully between infrastructure work and hands-on development
What we’re looking for
3+ years of experience in DevOps / Infrastructure Engineering
Proven software development experience — you’ll be writing production code regularly, not just automation scripts
Strong experience with AWS (or GCP)
Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and Docker
Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform)
Experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions or similar)
Nice to have
Monitoring/observability tools (Sentry, SigNoz, PostHog)
Experience with SOC 2 / security compliance
Background in high-scale distributed systems
